Leo (zodiac sign), projector (human design), infp (myers briggs), for who’s interested in that stuff. I am, and I identify with all of the above 🙂
Before embarking on my journey toward more joy in life, I experienced a lot of agonies. Trying to live up to my own unrealistic expectations, I accumulated so much bodily and mental tension that I was chronically stressed (out).
Now, simultaneously trying to discover your true self ánd fit in in society isn’t that easy – I know that from experience. Even so, I quit my CEO job to follow my heart.
Fast forward three years, and I may call myself a registered yoga teacher who’s immersed herself in the slow and mindful life.
I learned to live with less and moved closer to the equator (hello sunshine!). These days, I maintain a mindset where fun comes first, the rest second. I am grateful for continually having the confidence to choose my own path.
